Avocado is a very good first food to be introduced to babies. It is incredibly nutritious including 20 different vitamins and minerals. Hence, it is often being referred to as a superfood. AVocado is a high fat food but do not contain any cholesterol, and are low in saturated fat. Contains more potassium than Bananas.
Anyway, here’s what i prepared for the family for tea on a hot Saturday afternoon. Two versions, one for the toddler with Chocolate while the hubby gets Avocado with Gula Melaka
Recipe for Gula Melaka Avocado:
Avocado, fresh milk, gula Melaka, ice
Steps:
Just blend everything together 🙂
Avocado with Lindt Chocolate
Recipe for Avocado with Chocolate sauce
Chocolate powder, hot water, condensed milk, avocado, ice (optional)
To make chocolate sauce- melt chocolate powder in very little hot water/warm milk, try to make it as thick as possible
Blend, avocado, ice, condensed milk together.
Drizzle chocolate sauce over the blended avocado before serve.
